TAAG Airlines is committed to providing the highest possible level of customer service to its customers.

Our excellent service can be experienced by our customers, both on the ground and in the air.

On-time baggage delivery is a must. We will make every reasonable effort to return checked bags with 24 hours and will attempt to contact any customer whose unclaimed, check luggage contains a name, address, or telephone number.

Disabled and special-needs passengers will be properly accommodated. Policies and procedures for the handling of special-needs passengers, such as unaccompanied minors and those who are disabled will be made available for customers.

We will meet customers’ essential needs during long on-aircraft delays. TAAG will make every reasonable effort to provide food, water, restroom facilities and access to medical treatment for passengers aboard an aircraft that is on the ground for an extended period of time without access to the terminal.
