Guarantee the efficiency of the organization through management and improvement of the work processes, identification of the risks and taking of decisions based on information originating in the monitoring systems; Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), the Safety Management System (SMS), and the Security Management System (SMES) of TAAG Angola Airlines EP. Promote management by change, training, permanent improvement, challenging the status quo, organizing changes and using learning processes and sharing of knowledge to identify opportunities to improve and increase the agility of our organization.
