Due to the current circumstances and with the health, safety and wellbeing of our passengers and staff being top priority, we inform that from March 14th TAAG's store at Porto airport will be operating during these times: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 15h-20h. Should you need to contact us outside this schedule, please call us on 707 100 040 (Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 8pm). TAAG may now fly over Europe without restrictions

Since April 17, TAAG became authorized to operate flights that include European air space, with no restrictions, since it is no longer part of the EU Air Safety List. This document lists the airlines which, for being unable to comply with the European Union's security requirements, are banned from flying over European territory, or have some restrictions. TAAG has proven its competence and rigour, as stated on the official document, available for download below.

TAAG resumes regular flights to Sal, Cape Verde

After more than three years of suspension in the air connection between the cities of Luanda and Praia in Cape Verde, TAAG will resume, starting Friday April 26, 2019, regular flights to Cape Verde, but this time, to the city of Sal.

NEW RULES AT O. R. TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR BAGS OF IRREGULAR SHAPE

New rules for checking in bags of irregular shape and size will be applied at O. R. Tambo International Airport from today (25 March 2019). The new rules are aimed at preventing blockages and breakdowns in the baggage handling system caused by bags that do not have any flat surfaces or that have long straps or grips as per the International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines.

Incident sur le vol DT453 – 11 novembre

La TAAG Linhas Aéreas de Angola confirme que hier, 11 novembre, le vol DT453 à destination de Namibe avec 74 passagers et 6 membres d’équipage à bord, opéré en B737-700, a subi une dépressurisation soudaine alors qu’il était déjà en altitude de croisière. L'avion a fait demi-tour vers Luanda et à aucun moment la sécurité de tous les passagers et membres d’équipage n'a été compromise.
