Upgrading your flight class couldn't be simpler. Find out how:

  • Ugrade Platform| If you are eligible, you will receive an e-mail from Upgrade TAAG. Make your offer up to 48 hours before your flight;

  • Customer Service Support | Contact the TAAG Call Centre;TAAG Call Centre;
  • Visit a TAAG store;
  • Check-in Desk | Request the upgrade during check-in;

     Note: Class upgrades are subject to seat availability and require payment of an additional fee. The price varies according to the channel chosen.
