In Cabinda, the famous Angolan calulu is cooked with dried meat!

This version of calulu is cooked with dried meat, which is soaked before cooking starts. It is also cooked in a medium strength fire and served with funge and beans with palm oil. Side dishes might include plantains, saca folha (cassava leaves) and maiaca (boiled cassava).
