ASSISTANCE FOR DISABLED PASSENGERS

Besides extensive flight experience, TAAG also offers a comfortable and convenient star for your journey. 

Get to know the many ways we give you assistance on the ground.

  • Ramp wheelchair (WCHR) – For passengers who need wheelchairs but are still able to climb stairs;
  • Step wheelchair (WCHS) – For passengers with reduced mobility who are unable to climb steps;
  • Wheelchair and transport to seating – For wheelchair-bound passengers who also require transportation to their seat at the airplane. In this case, it is recommended that the passenger travels with an escort.
  • Boarding assistance – We provide boarding assistance for visually impaired passengers.
