Take some of Namibia’s arts and crafts home with you!

Since 1990, the Namibia Craft Centre has attracted scores of people in search of the country’s arts and crafts. Over 40 sales stands can be found here - the purpose of the Centre is to showcase national arts and crafts. Therefore, this market provides significant support to craftspeople from Namibia’s rural areas.

Visitors may acquire Namibian textiles, baskets, pottery, jewellery and statues. In most of these works, the artist and origin of the piece is indicated. You can also visit the Omba Gallery, which focuses on Namibia’s visual artists.
